In this comfortable, well-run North American hotel with
smiley staff, they have a television in the washbasin mirror – very neat – a
joy while you perform your ablutions ...but oh my, the black bathroom and brown, black and grey colour scheme of the room is a shade dispiriting!
When I designed for Le Richemond Hotel in Geneva, the palette was very different.
